2. Log Files when Using Our Mobile App
When you download our mobile App via an app store, the required information is transferred to the App Store, specifically the username, email address, customer number of your account, time of download, payment information, and the individual device identification number. We have no influence over this data collection and are not responsible for it. We process this data only insofar as it is necessary for downloading the mobile App to your mobile device.
When using our mobile App, we collect the following personal data, which is technically necessary for us to offer the functions of our App and to ensure stability and security:

- Access status/HTTP status code

Processing is carried out in accordance with Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR based on our legitimate interest in improving the stability and functionality of our App. Furthermore, we require your unique device number (IMEI), unique network subscriber number (IMSI), mobile phone number (MSISDN), potentially the MAC address for WLAN use, and the name of your mobile device.
3. Use of Your Address Book, Calendar, Photos, and Reminders
At the start of using our mobile App, we ask for permission via a pop-up to use your address book, calendar, photos, and/or reminders. If you do not grant consent, we do not use this data. You can grant or revoke consent later in your operating system settings. Data is only accessed and transferred to our servers as necessary for the functionality. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR.
4. Collection of Location Data
Our offer includes “Location Based Services” to provide offers tailored to your location. Only latitude and longitude related to your search query are determined. Data of your actual location during service provision is not collected. This function is only used after you have consented via a pop-up. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR.
5. Contacting Us
When contacting us (e.g., via contact form or email), personal data is collected. This data is used exclusively to answer your request. The legal basis is our legitimate interest (Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR) or, if the contact aims at a contract, Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR.
6. Data Processing when Opening a Customer Account
Pursuant to Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR, personal data is collected and processed if you provide it to us for the performance of a contract or when opening a customer account. You can delete your account at any time by messaging the controller.
7. Data Processing for Contract Execution
We work with service providers to execute contracts. Personal data is passed to transport companies for delivery or to credit institutions for payment processing. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR.
8. Registration in the App
You can register in our App using the Double Opt-in procedure. If confirmation does not occur within 24 hours via the confirmation email, your registration is automatically deleted. We store your data required for contract fulfillment until you permanently delete your access. Publicly posted content (e.g., forum posts) remains visible after account deletion to maintain the App’s functionality, but the account is no longer accessible. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR.
9. Processing Personal Data within Your Application (Job Seekers)
You may upload a resume. Data provided (name, contact details, career history) is processed to enable the use of the App and placement with potential employers (Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR).
- Matches: If the algorithm finds a match, your phone number and email are displayed to the employer.
- Applicant Database: With consent (Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR), data is stored for 12 months in a database for future offers.
- Special Categories: If you voluntarily provide special categories of data (health, religion, etc.), they are processed only with explicit consent per Art. 9 (2) lit. a GDPR.
10. Direct Advertising / E-Mail Newsletter
If you subscribe to our newsletter via Double Opt-in, we use your email to send regular updates. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in the newsletter. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR.
11. Push Notifications
If you permit push notifications in your operating system, we store your device ID and registration time to send service updates. You can revoke this in the App or system settings at any time. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR.
12. Tools: Google Places and Google Maps (API)
This App uses Google Places and Google Maps (Google Ireland Limited). Your usage data (including IP address) may be transferred to Google servers, potentially in the USA. This processing is based on Google’s legitimate interest in personalized advertising and market research (Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR). For transfers to the USA, Google adheres to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

14. Duration of Storage
The duration of storage depends on the legal basis and purpose (e.g., commercial or tax law retention periods). Data processed based on consent is stored until revocation. Data for contract execution is routinely deleted after retention periods expire, unless further storage is required for contract fulfillment or legitimate interests.
